Description

Hooliger plays the drum during the Jousting Tournament. He stand at the top of the north podium with two groups of Cheer Squads. He claims that by hitting his drum sporadically, it will pump up the contestants.

When the player is in possession of a Joustmaster's Emblem, they can speak to Hooliger to exchange it for Lileas's Organization Box.
