Additional Notes

  • Contains three spots where three players can sit at the same time.
    • All three seats share the same animation for players sitting in each seat.
    • Appears to have a slight oversight where if you rotate the camera and your cursor's final position is anywhere on the building, it WILL make you stand back up. This goes for any time you use the rest skill and your camera rotation causes your cursor to end up being on your housing it seems, but this might cause you to accidentally stand up more than you typically would for many other structures due to how big it actually is and - primarily - the fact it has it's own seating.
  • The stairs and upper area are walkable, allowing you to climb up the stairs to the higher point. Since it counts as ground, you can freely click on that area to walk up it without bringing up the housing prompt.
    • That area does not allow you to use larger chair props, as it is too close to another prop if it's too big, that prop being the house itself. It DOES allow, however, extremely small chairs, such as a Reading Chair or Tendering Potion Chair. Once again, be careful while moving the camera, as you may end up rising from your chair as you stop moving the camera.
  • The area in front of the building that includes the pool and chairs is not part of the actual space the housing actually takes up, allowing you to place objects in the pool in front of it if you so choose.
  • The pool in front of the building sometimes plays a splash sound when you step in and out of it.
