Lucky Blue Upgrade Stone

A colored stone used to perform special upgrades on equipment that has already received a Gem Upgrade. Blue Upgrade Stones increase a weapon's Damage or Magic Attack, depending on the weapon. Lucky Upgrade Stones guarantee success for any upgrade up to Lv. 5.
(Special Upgrades can be performed at Upgrade Anvils in each town.)
