Lulla is a returning Milletian visiting the Library of Secrets.
Lulla was a milletian from a different timeline; The Singer of Secrets was able to give her her appearance and form, allowing her to remain in the Milletian's timeline for a little while. She came to know the Milletian through the events of the anniversary and celebrates with them by revisiting old places. For a mysterious reason, she holds a letter Duncan penned, a long time ago; she passes it on to The Singer of Secrets to give it to them when she has to return to her timeline.
However, as she was an 'empty' milletian, Leath concludes that when she fades away, she simply ceased to exist. The Singer of Secrets however remains unconvinced.
