Library of Secrets Event (2025) Event

March 6^th, 2025 - April 3^rd, 2025

Description

Milletian… we cordially invite you as a guest to one of Erinn’s most secretive corridors where only a select few are welcome. We ask that you enjoy your time, enjoy the celebration… and maybe read a book or two while you’re here.

Main Event Details

Upon logging in, you’ll receive the quest [Guide] 17th Anniversary: An Invitation to Mystery as well as Leath’s Letter.

• Read the letter to both select difficulty and register a main character.
  • If you choose the hard difficulty, any kind of quest markers and location options on the quests will be removed.
• You will also receive an Orange Wings of a Goddess to whisk you to a location most Milletians are allergic to.
  • You will receive the following rewards for completing the quest:
    • 5,000 EXP
• While only the main character will be able to participate in the story, mini-games, and earn rewards, all characters on your account will be allowed to visit the new location once you’ve discovered it.
• While you’re there, Leath loves to hear about your adventures, receive presents, and more! Try giving various items and equipping different titles to get a unique reaction from him! (Preferably not dog food...)

That’s not all! Check out what else is happening around Erinn during this time of celebration:

• When issuing a check from any bank in Erinn, all characters will receive a 17th Anniversary Check design.

Library of Secrets Quests

• A UI icon will appear for your main character to provide information regarding the event overall, allowing you to teleport to the event area, and allowing you to enter the Instant Prize Drawing remotely.

While you’re exploring the area, you’ll notice another Milletian that reminds you of the early years in Erinn. Join her to go down memory lane together, learn about what mini-games are available, and more! Each week, you’ll receive a new quest that reveals more about this strange Milletian and the Library of Secrets... what secrets await?

Instruction	Use Leath's Invitation in your inventory to read it (Select yourself as the main character for this event) You will be awarded 5,000 EXP.

	Information	You've received the invitation, yes? I hope you'll come and visit the library; I'd love to show you around. - Leath
Instruction	Examine the Conspicuous Bookshelf as instructed by Leath's invitation The History Books shelf is the correct one. Use Leath's Invitation Use the key in the correct spot in the Dunbarton library You must interact with the two books on the central desk at the end of the room. You may need to move the camera behind the desk in order to be able to interact with the books. Travel to where the Packed Bookshelf's portal leads and talk to Leath Upon entrance, you will see a cutscene. You will be awarded 5,000 EXP and 10x 17th Anniversary Story Snippets for completing the quest.

Instruction	Read the letter Lulla sent you via mail Talk to Lulla near the Dunbarton Moon Gate Talk to Lulla near the Dugald Aisle Logging Camp Talk to Lulla near the Tir Chonaill Fishing Spot Talk to Lulla near Tir Chonaill's Town Square You will be prompted to enter a Shadow Mission, Clumsy yet Sincere, where you will roleplay as yourself. Watch the cutscene, and then use Handicraft to make a Paper Crane. You will be awarded 30,000 EXP, x20 17th Anniversary Story Snippets and x1 Cairbre's Bugle of Abundant Blessings for completing the quest.

As you received the Developer’s Notebook in [Event] 17th Anniversary: Be Our Guest, be sure to collect all 27 fragments to complete the book, composed of thank you notes, heartfelt messages, and even custom artwork from the Mabinogi Team!
