- 10 Skill Lifter for Astrologer Skills (Gain 10% Skill Training when advancing to the next level of a skill)
These skill effects will stack with the Master Plan Event (2024 Winter) Buffs.

How to Get Quest	Register a main character for the event.
Briefing	Complete the Battle Astrology Talent Scenario quest to receive a high-quality Perseus Peregrine Scythe!
Objectives	Meet Astrologer Neal (Clear the 'A Starlit Summons' quest) Complete the Battle Astrology Scenario quest (Clear 'The Workings of the Stellar Citadel' quest)
Rewards	22,000 Experience Points 22,000 Gold Perseus Peregrine Scythe (Not Tradeable)
Additional Information	Complete 'A Starlit Summons' and 'The Workings of the Stellar Citadel' quests!

Note: Registering a main character for this event will also register for Master Plan Event (2024 Winter); you cannot register different characters between the Master Plan and the Battle Astrologer Update events.
Immediately after completing the previous quest and questlines, you will receive the quest [Event] Battle Astrology Talent Support: Enhancement.
