A gem created when large amounts of Hope Essence have been materialized. A strong impulse of desire seems to throb from somewhere within translucent jewel. Allows you to perform a guaranteed upgrade to Rank 1 on an item that can be reforged and is lower than Rank 1. (Not Tradeable)
