Shining Star Staff (Trust) Appearance Scroll

A scroll that changes a weapon's appearance to that of the Shining Star Staff (Trust). You can only use it on a staff-type weapon. (Cannot be used on Spirit Weapons or other select weapons.) The scroll will disappear once the effect has been applied.
