Snowflake Shuriken Appearance Scroll

A scroll that changes a weapon's appearance to that of a Snowflake Shuriken. You can only use it on a shuriken. (Cannot be used on Classic Spirit Weapons or other select weapons.) The scroll will disappear once the effect has been applied.
