A device designed to regulate the energy given off by Stardust, created by combining several elaborate parts based on designs drawn up through tireless research. It greatly stabilizes the Stardust Core into a fixed shape so that its power does not fluctuate or dissipate.
Limitations
- Cannot be sold to NPCs.
- Cannot be sold to others.
- Cannot be sold in the Auction House.
- Cannot be traded.
- Cannot be dropped.
- Can be put in the Special Inventory tab.
- Cannot be stored in a pet.
- Cannot be put in the bank.
