does alchemy have skills, that you need to rank up with AP? Or do your gem levels 'increase'? In any case, how do you get better in alchemy? Fruitrecruit

I haven't played with it enough to know for sure, unfortunately ... You 'get better' the same way as with other skills. Just train 'em and rank 'em up. I've already made a category for the skills. I won't add anything about the adv. magic stuff yet since my use of them comes from when they first came out in Test server and the system's probably been modified a lot since then. Basically, all I know so far is that you need the right crystal for the skill and an alchemy gun (called "Cylinder" to use the skills). Life Drain was way overpowered when I used it but has probably been re-balanced. Don't worry, soon it will be on JP server and then it'll just be a matter of making heads and tails of the JP Wiki, hehe. ---Angevon
