Changes

[ I've added some additional information regarding the effects of Arat Berries:

• Fireball effect
• No weight change
• No Stamina gain

Also the effects of each type of berry

• Pink: Detect Monsters
  • Orange: Detect Monsters and Traps
  • Red:Detect Monsters Traps, Invisible mines and Invisible monsters

Effect Error?

According to the description, "Your screen will become very blurry, as if stuck in an infinite fireball explosion effect for the duration of the Arat Berry."
As of yet, this hasn't happened to me. Maybe a specific berry does it? Or is it just not there? Or is it another thing Nexon mucked up with the G9 patch?--Mugenai 07:42, 16 February 2010 (UTC)

It's actually just a badly worded way to say "The screen will remain blurry, with a mild vibration, as if someone had cast fireball." --Sephy 22:18, 27 March 2010 (UTC)

Well, you can already detect monsters since G16... wouldn't that part of the Arat Berry become obsolete?

Not really. Some are out of range of the average detection. Ice Mines are still hidden. Though I always carry L-Rods for that. Also Elatha require that you use an Arat Berry that is either Red or Purple.

Also, I'm sure it is a bug but, I saw Elatha outside of Shadow Missions while doing Crag Cow. He was just...there. I was with a friend.

I don't think that was a bug. I found Elatha in Crag Cow, too, but that was a really long time ago.

Problem was is that he's already dead at the time of this screen shot...by dead I mean I had completed G10.

Well, this was released in G9, not 10...

ehh, anyways, the red/purple ones are still useful.
