Occasionally monsters might drop wings of a goddess and these will work to send you back to Dunbarton. Effectively forfeiting, as you remain in the same room until you're caught up with.

In Lorraine's Nightmare a Giant could go "archer" and get an atlatl + javelin. Does the same apply here?
