Not like i can provide an actual percentage. I can simply say that when an elf tried to keep up on foot. He couldn't keep up. I gradually beat him. It's probably more like 5ish percent.

Okay then, until we do know its speed I wrote it as a question mark while noting it's slower than the wagon (in case anyone who doesn't know is wondering).

It's the speed of an Elf with a rC Wavesweeper.

So it's 2% faster? That would make it 134%. Are you sure the elf wasn't using the busy title or anything of that sort as well?

Just a normal elf. And yea he told me if he would repair his wavesweeper (which was rC) it would keep up.

Seems likely.
