Either Kobold Bandits or Gray Foxes drop Cracked Fortunate Gathering Knives, but I can't remember which one and Mabinogi is lagging to badly for me to fight anything without dying at the moment. This is a needed item to harvest wheat or barley. Not sure why it was missed as a gathering tool.
A rusty one is available from the scarecrows outside Dunbarton during the Halloween event. (-9 strength)
