I'm not sure if this is still true but this used to take out the blue (Original) tag items have. Can someone test this?

In case anyone was wondering, it does *not* personalize equipment (tested it myself).

However according to someone else, it may use an upgrade slot if there is one available. Will need someone to confirm this.

I'd like to add, that it vanishes after one use.

Vanishes after one use AND does not take up an upgrade slot o_o. Well it didn't for my School Uniform so...

Lol. If it didn't vanish after one use, OP to the max. And it's not an upgrade, so it wouldn't take an upgrade slot.

If I recall, when it was sold with the Halloween Character Cards in some servers (or it might've been an event), these were also equipable. Are they equipable in NA? Also, can somebody test if they can go into special inventory?
