I have the icon for this item, but when I went to edit the page it said to start a discussion requesting changes instead of directly changing it. I'd post a link to the pic, but apparently I'm not "autoconfirmed"? I'm pretty sure I confirmed my email address.. I ctrl+f'd the policy page and couldn't find anything. Bear with me, I'm new.

To be autoconfirmed, you will need to make 30 valid edits contributing to the wiki. It can be but not limited to:

• Spelling errors/typos
• Rewriting grammatically incorrect sentences/paragraphs
• Making something complicated more simpler.

I would think you would be able to upload an image without being autoconfirmed. Have you tried using the Uploading page and make the icon name "File:Hamlet's Caped Costume.png"? When uploading, drop the "File:" part of it, and make sure it is a pure png, and not a jpeg one. If you can't clean it, a clean screenshot will work. just click out of the client window and press "PrtScn" key on your keyboard, paste it into something like Microsoft paint, and crop it until only the item remains. hope any of this helps.
