Just wondering is i had to fragment something specific or if it is a random thing that might come at random times from using fragmentation. I also think this should be addressed on the main page so other people who come will know.

It's from fragmenting certain items.

The Fragmentation List (linked on the Fragmentation page) lists what comes from fragmenting, so you can find which items fragment into Purified Enhancer there.
