This cylinder is edible (like the Unusual Carrot). Should we make a food data template for it?

It would seem this is no longer edible as of a very recent update, because I was able to eat them when this fishing event started, but I no longer can.

Does this have an Element or is this neutral?

And if it is neutral, does it receive any boosts to all elements like a Tower Cylinder or is it like an ordinary cylinder?
