I've used Thunder Storm several times, and is it me or do the monsters hit by this attack stop doing stuff for a few seconds?

I thought that was obvious.... Isn't that the point of area of effect skills?

Yeah, but they were still not doing anything even after the effect frames were gone.

There's usually a delay, but that's probably a server-sided glitch. (Or maybe a graphical glitch causing sudden deactivation?)

Also, does Ice Storm actually knockback enemies or just stun enemies like Fire and Thunder Storm?

I think Ice Storm stuns. I don't have a Crystal Deer, but I have seen it being used to stun.

Ice storm stuns, no effect on knockdown gauge.

This skill is present in NA, but the icon cannot be seen in the skill window (or action window) of a Thunder Dragon when summoned or logged in as. Where does this icon come from? Does it show up in foreign versions?

Well, is there an icon for Crystal Deers' Ice Storm? If so, can you upload it?

Strangely, the icon is the same as Thunder Storm.

How can that be if Thunder Storm was released after Ice Storm? Or were Dragons first in other servers?

They were like "since people won't see this skill icon, just use anything that we already have in here" then later... "Ohey, an icon that could represent Thunder Storm. Yaaay."
