Limited time only?

I'm on the korean (i think) mabi site and well, does the quote above mean that this bird will be a limited time bird? In the pet section it has alot of basicly "sold out" pets, some of these are not limited time only pets but all the limited time ones are there... someone who can read korean should be over there tranlating this stuff so we all can see what it means...since tranlators fail.

Why not Lightning Bolt

Why would devcat have decided to give it icebolt and not lightning bolt? its called Thunderbird after all, or Nexon should have called it Icebird ;)
