Can they warp parties or just whoever has the imp?

What you can do is, if you have both a Warp Imp and partner carriage, warp to the location then go to a homestead, summon your partner carriage, have 1 person at a time mount it then leave homestead. If not, you can use an avon feather but that'd take longer due to the cooldown on the feather.
