Talk:White Wing Staff

Is it still unconfirmed whether or not this can be special upgraded? Or is it really not able to? That is the deciding factor for me for which of the three staves are better. (Don't just go check the weapon box, I want to know from somebody who has personally attempted it within the last two months or so.)

Because a special upgraded version of this item does not exist in the database, it is absolute that it cannot be special upgraded.

Can someone define now much faster this staff gains an elemental charge, as compared to the info in Category:Staves?

I just seen this question now, so sorry for the late response. Here are the results of when I use my White Wing Staff...

Firebolt:
First Charge - 2 casts
Second Charge - 1 cast
Third Charge - 1 cast

Without the faster elemental charge, it costs 2 casts of Firebolt per charge.

Icebolt:
First Charge - 2 casts
Second Charge - 2 casts
Third Charge - 2 casts

Lightning Bolt:
First Charge - 2 casts
Second Charge - 2 casts
Third Charge - 2 casts

Without the faster elemental charge, it costs 3 casts of Ice/Lightning Bolt per charge.

That's what I'm guessing as well, but I'm not entirely sure. I wish I had an Andris Wing Staff to test this out with...

Considering the Trinity Staff is used for Hailstorm, I'm curious if this can be used with Hailstorm as well.

I'm also wondering if this staff will be used for the next Advanced magic spell.

Well, we'd have to wait and find out.

Supposedly all 3 of the highest spells can be cast with any staff. Of course no one knows yet so we'll have to wait and see.

It's confirmed that Hailstorm does work with White Wing Staff.
