I don't feel like arguing over this, but +200% is not the same as 2x, as +200% would be 3x.

Edit: OH. Nevermind. You were referring to the picture.
Well I created it but Kiyoura changed the Repair Cost from "+200%" to "2x", and I don't have a clue why. (You can look at White Horse for example, +120% = x2.2)

oic. Well, not surprisingly, the description for the enchant is incorrect; it is indeed only 2x repair, or +100%.
