No Longer Policy Compliant?

It might just be me, but it looks like the new version of this, as well as File:Royal Striped Robe (F) Equipped Side Hood Down.png and File:Royal Striped Robe (F) Equipped Back Hood Down.png are actually no longer compliant with wiki image policy due to glare. The reason given for the replacement on one of the three was to make it consistent with the three images that Silk uploaded for the item that had the hood up. However, I think that these three should be reverted to the more compliant images, even if it makes the images inconsistent. I created this discussion rather than simply reverting the pages because I'm not sure how much stock this wiki puts in image consistency rather than policy compliance, although I know I've seen other compliant images replaced for consistency in the past.

Since both violated policies, I didn't bother reverting it.

How did the first violate policy? The closest thing I can think of is that it appears that it could have been taken in the style studio, until you look closer at the background, which appears to be the soul stream. The only other things would be the little bit of hair in the way and the little bit cut off at the bottom, which both seem negligible when compared to the nasty glare in the new version.
