Is the skill points gained random?

It seems that the color of the seals that you get matters. If it's brown colored, like the 81 exp, it'll be random, but if it's white colored (as is the case for the 48 exp), then it's fixed. I think the icon for this page need to be changed. So far I have gotten 3 48 exp seals, and they're all white.

Do they automatically stack when you receive them?

Each time I've gotten one I store them in the bank, so I don't know if they automatically stack or not. But they do stack.

Well, iirc they stack automatically when you get them so it's unlikely the color affects it since if you have one in your inventory, they will stack and become the same color.

No I get them as white always. No stacking. I don't leave them in my inventory as I have no skills to use them on at the moment.

I've only received the white ones. Which did stack.
