Just to note, there's a flashy variation of this, Pink of some sort to Yellow. Guildie has one of these, and I assume it's an extremely rare item from the Eweca Gachapon Orb.

There's a flashy version for all of the NPC puppets. They come from the Auction House Treasure Chest.
