When you bid and someone outbids you and you lose, do you lose the money you bid? I am not sure how bidding works, I want to bid to see if I can win myself a Colin Plate Armor, but I am not sure if I lose my money if I lose the auction. I need more info please.

I don't think you lose your money until you've won the auction. (No idea, never done one.)

If you lose the bid, you gain your gold back, if not there should be option to get your bid back(I believe she had that option) at the auction lady.
