How do I add the repair costs?

Ive spent about an hour trying to figure out how to change the blacksmith repair costs and I haven't been able to figure it out. Can somebody tell me how to do this?

In the Data template (you click the (edit) link) add

|Repair##=price

where ## is the repair rate and price is the repair price. Thanks.
