Just Merchant destiny/talent?

Just Merchant destiny/talent?

In the 'methods to obtain' it's stated that the only way to obtain the wear is through ptj rewards while in the merchant destiny. Question A: "Merchant Destiny" = "Merchant Talent" ? Question B: Is the reward restricted to the merchant destiny alone? Or ANY life talent?

It was added before talents were implemented, but yes, any life talent should work when attempting ptjs.
