Assault Slash enhancement

Assault Slash enhancement

In the hillwen engineering skill advancement test, you can be tasked with crafting bhafel slayers, and when crafted the sword has 4 assault slash enhancement. I don't know if it should be added as we don't know that this accurately represents what happens when the sword is crafted outside of the advancement test, but I wanted to bring it to attention.

Hunh, I looked into it and the sword actually does have that effect, static 4 points.

(What's crafted in the tests is the normal items.)
