Items that drop due to lack of inventory are bound to the person that fishes it up until they pick it up and actually drop it. Fishing item rules are weird.
It's even mentiond on the Fishing skill page.
Did you actually try trading it? Because Mikaya did not actually say it's tradable, and as far as I know, it is not.
The question was if it was fished and dropped on the ground, not the box itself. Since it's been brought up, no. The box itself is not tradable.
Is that what "as they are" was referring to? Pretty ambiguous.
"as they are" was referring to the box being tradeble as a box. I then wanted to know if they were "pseudo-tradeble" by just not picking it up after it was fished.
No item can be picked up if it is dropped through having a full inventory when fishing. The items that are able to be picked up are actually dropped by players after being fished.
