Glitch?

From time to time, my fully loaded Counter DOES NOT work on counterable moves. I've also heard of other witnesses, too.

Anyone here wanna backup my claim?

It's probably distance lag if anything. Your client says you loaded Counter yet the server says "Nope".

sometimes it happens with 5 full seconds between it being loaded and me getting hit XD and no lag on my side.
