My own test results:
- Shield/-less doesn't change anything.
- Everything except the second and third hits of Kunai Storm, Smokescreen, and Shadow Bind is triggered.
- Shadow Cloak, Explosive Kunai, Sakura Abyss doesn't cancel defense skill.
- Shadow Cloak pushback is also negated without shield.
- Explosive Kunai's speed reduction is not negated.
