Charge Rate

The endgame staff right now would be a hermit staff crafted at +8 magic dmg and fully upgraded. Infinity staff only beats hermit for bolts, and most people don't even use bolts right now.

Doesn't charging the staff with an elemental also apply to intermediate and advanced magic? Or does that only apply to bolts?

The category page says bolts only, and IIRC i asked on a talk page somewhere and got that same answer.
