ehh if I know durability lost from making hits and missing...yeah it still does? I mean Fireball is a good example(?) and so Windmill when it glitches @@(?) As far as Act 9, I would think nothing would happen at all o.o;; I mean, the initial use yeah, but after that...I dunno x.x
