Can't (insert action) while doing something else?

I keep getting this message o-o

The last thing I did was Fertilize a few minutes before midnight server time. All I'm doing is just standing right over my farm. Cooldown is over, but it won't let me work on my farm...

Ugh, it fixed itself after restarting the client, but I don't see why it occured in the first place...
