Soundbox, is it there?

I know in Port Cobb it's listed as a rare drop, but I've been fishing there for days, with about 2 bait tins each day due to work/sleep, and have yet to get it. I have a luxury bag with rows free just for book sized catches, but haven't gotten it. Is it not considered equipment? It feels like it's as rare as the rosemary glove pattern. I've currently switched to an item fishing pole to see if that will help, but I'm not so sure. I also only auto-fish.

I got it from here. It took me 5 days to get it form Cobh, it took my friend two weeks to get it from Barri.

Must be lucky then as I've still yet to see one. Luckily that's not the sole reason I'm there but still.
