Proficiency Update

Was there one? I changed for 2 ranks, giving this screenshot : http://puu.sh/1N2p (you can google "puush" if you don't trust the link to ensure safety to your computer). Can we get some updates on the proficiencies?

I have no idea why you'd use the word 'proficiency', but it looks like the amount of skill EXP per training count doubled. Someone who can verify it from the client files ought to update the whole table.

The game calls it 'skill proficiency'.
