Needs to be more specific, i.e. mounts summoned by human/elf players and Wild Ostrich (NPC) and Mustang (NPC). Also needs to mention somewhere that they can't get "the Friend of Horse and Ostrich" title because of that inability

anyways, it was fixed a loooong time ago so that giants can mount them now.
