Injury vs Damage
This is what the article currently says:

- Easy/Generation 19: 1% of maximum HP
- Normal: 2% of maximum HP
- Hard: 3% of maximum HP
- The injury is based on the difficulty of the raid:
- Easy/Generation 19: 4% of maximum HP
- Normal: 8% of maximum HP
- Hard: 12% of maximum HP
However, it is illogical for a skill to cause more injury than hp damage. From my observations in an easy mode raid, it looks like it only does 1% of your max HP in injury. However, I've only observed its effects when I had max hp and I wasn't watching other squad members. If you have 50% hp and 0 injuries, does your hp go down by 1% as you gain 1% injuries or does your hp only go down when your injuries catch up with your current hp?
If your HP is full up to the wounded portion, it displays the HP damage while in actuality you're taking the wounding damage because HP cannot exceed wounds. If it's not up to the wounded portion, you'd take 1% HP damage and 4% wound damage.
