Some objects have the option of who can access/use them. To set access rights, click on the object in Edit Mode and select View Information. To set Visitor access rights for your homestead, click on Homestead Entrance in Edit Mode and select View Information. There are no bugs with permission settings for a Homestead at the moment, unless that's not what you're trying to say.
