After doing all of the quest requirements and talking to stewart both for inspiration and lightning rod.

They are both now missing from my skill window and relogging has not fixed it. Can somebody explain what I'm doing wrong???

It likely has to do with my client not updating 100%. I need to reinstall before I make these.
