According to the page history, a text replace changed the page name, but did not preserve the "Thread:" prefix, making it an entirely new talk page.
Should the pages be marked for deletion? They're kind of just out there. I only happened to stumble upon them while looking for "Talk:" pages.
Or I could just move it back to its proper namespace like I just did. Apparently it was moved to http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/view/Talk:Eweca_Orb_%28Ended_2013-09-19%29#Two_Items_at_Once.3F_19239 when I changed it, which looks right to me.
When hovering your mouse over any of the talent icons on the Talent page, it will say, "Click this icon for the section on (Talent here) talent," and it will redirect you to the respective talent on the page via the URL of (example) wiki.mabinogiworld.com/view/Talents#Dual_Gun. When doing so on a Hero Talent, it will still say the same thing, however, it will redirect you to (example) wiki.mabinogiworld.com/view/Talents#Druid which it would be unable to redirect you to the section since Hero Talents have their own page. Is there any way to change the link that clicking on the icon would redirect you to?
Just an FYI, you're better off making suggestion/problem threads on Talk:Wiki_Home rather than your talk page because more people will see it there. I'd try to fix the issue, but I don't have time. Looks like Template:TalentIcon needs to be altered somehow.
It was suppose to be on the page, but due to the shear large size of the page, it didn't happen. more info here.
I'm not asking, "Why aren't the Hero talent tables showing up on the Talents page?" I understand that the Talent page has already exceeded the amount of templates in it. What I'm asking is why don't the Hero talent icons redirect to the Hero Talent page and if there's a way to change where the icon redirects you.

Because Hero talents were intended to be on the same page (Talent), but since it cannot be transcluded, it is on a different page. The links are linked to anchors on the same page, since no one has changed it. Since no one cares enough, the links have not been changed to the exact location of the Hero talent information (Talent/Hero Talent Tables).
