Now that full charged lightning bolt deals extra damage, I guess a +4 chaincasting wand could work well enough ?
Just my opinion, but the chances of you having 5 targets to hit all the time is very low. The mp cost of chaincasting 4 extra bolts together isn't really worth it unless you can managed to hit many monsters at once with it.
+26% extra damage is arguably not very viable; I'm only doing about ~100 more damage or so.
Even with the above statement, IIRC Lightning Bolt still weakens when used on multiple targets.
