Quiz Show Emcee tells to give the tickets to Black Dragon Delegate, I don't think the regular tickets do anything (possibly turn in for previous event quest pet whistles?).

I hear you get a Black Flammare for 777 regular tickets.

That's from the second quiz show event. There has been no indication that this version would give a Black Flame mare as well due to the first quiz show giving a Bull, and not a Black Flame mare.

Hey, Quiz Show Emcee says to talk to the "Black Dragon Delegate". This normal, or is the 777 prize potentially a Black Dragon of some type?

That came from the Year of the Black Dragon Event, its just a silly typo.
