Mana Prow?

I may be wrong, but isn't this the skill/ability that makes enemies shout "Tachy Granide Inchatora Mana Prow!"? If this is the case, the name "Mana Prow" may be more suitable than "Mana Drain", especially since the name is so misleading. Also, If that is the case, then small golems are confirmed to have the skill as well, but it seems to be triggered on aggro sometimes, as opposed to the bolt requirement. and finally, shouldn't the shout be mentioned in the skill details? Just a thought.

That's a Fomorian verse. If we put "Mana Prow", people are going to be "WT* is this?!"
