So i'm just going to guess that these effects stack if dual wielded, and are the effects the ame for anything, like armor can get the charge without weapon effect? cause humans charging with dual swords is just fantastic. xD!

Amen to that! Dual Daggers with charge no-shield, speed boost, FH boost, and damage boost! Nexon just broke the game!

Certain effects can only go on certain equipment. No Shield Charge, as far as I know, can only be applied on two-hand weapons.

Actually, I don't believe that Shield-less Charge is on two-handed weapons.

I'm pretty sure it's only on one-handed. (Meant for dual wielding.)

headgear, shield, accessory. apparently only available to r1 reforge too. 1 level. counter with opponent's attack feels more useful, has two reported levels, shows up on clothes and heavy armor, and occurs on r3 reforge and above.
