From what I know so far, Shakespeare, the first Milletian, broke the Soul Stream. It's like cutting a giant whole through the Great Wall of China. He then altered the Soul Stream to "glitch" Milletians into being Immortal. What Shakespeare foretells Morrighan will do is fix the Soul Stream then eliminate the present Milletians. Beware, most of the current sources of G15 are probably fanonical or opinionated, best to wait until G15 comes to NA to include this.
