Start on translating

I could start translating this, but after double checking the Korean and the Japanese wiki I have found no pages on this skill(although both are rather difficult to navigate so there might be pages and I'm just not seeing them). So any news on when it might come out?

And yea, we don't want unofficial translations. Or at least, we want the untranslated descs to still be there and explained to be the official one.
